"Coach Kat is such an awesome person to learn from and train with. I first showed up to one of her weightlifting classes because I was interested in the sport, and she welcomed me with open arms. As I continued to train under her, Kat has helped refine every part of my form in weightlifting with such an encouraging and positive attitude. She breaks down each movement by fundamental parts so that you learn it piece-by-piece and will ultimately execute the lift efficiently as a whole. She is a "no-BS" type of coach - she will PUSH you to be your best every single day and will never let you settle for mediocrity, which is what I love most about her. Ultimately, Kat is an expert in the sport and in fitness overall and I highly recommend her."
